Reading the Blog Posts and Making a Comment Thereon

Constant & close communication. 5 disciplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning.

I just went over with ES the list of blogs and number of comments that have been made.  Noticeably, there are 0 comments on posts that concern even the SBU.

Our problems on marketing and site maintenance could have originated from failure in  communication. We see things from a point of view and block things that would want us to change or improve.

Please read religiously our blog posts and comment respond ASAP 



Are we close? Strictly acknowledge reading and understanding by promptly making a comment..comply.

    Yes Sir, we will go extra mile to read and understand all the topics posted on this blog without being followed up. Initiative in doing reading and understanding each topic daily.

    Communication is important to become successful. We can't be successful if even the simplest test of communication we cant follow.

    Yes sir, we will continuously read the blog posts and make comments thereon. By not procrastinating in having comments and always have initiative to read each topic regularly.

    This blog has a big part of our communication medium. We fail sometimes on this but we have to improve. Let's make our communication line always open.

    Yes, sir. We will read the topics posted on our blog and will leave a comment after wards. It is our responsibility to read our blogs as one medium of our communication. It will contribute greatly on our learning as staffs.

    yes sir,we will read our blog just like reading Facebook updates, make it a hobby too to read our own blog site which are more helpful to our work. this is the only way we can communicate, and plays a big part to everyone of us. We are part of the community it is our responsibility to comply and to leave comments to every blog afterwards.

    Blogs is so essential in communication which serves as a medium for all of us to learn and improve. Communication will lead us to success. We must pursue reading blogs for each of us to expand and to grow as an individual and as a group.

    Yes Sir, will read and make it a habit before leaving at work, we will make sure in ourselves that we had read and visit the latest updates at the blog and promptly make a comments thereon. Thank you for the patience Sir.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

Read the posts on this site every AM talk. Many problems arise simply because people do not know what to do, because they did not read this site
