We Have to Work on Our Communications VERY VERY HARD.

Constant & close communication. 5 disciplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning.

  TO         :      ALL

THRU     :       MGB, ES

Goals:    l. To complete and achieve with quality all Manageable Executions,
               2.  To achieve NI, CF, and sales objective


Reality:   l.  Of 5 sbu, despite back up system and through individuals who will re text, yesterdays text re 5s were replied to without follow up:   Pangasinan, La Union and Greenhills;  I t is the same old story.

               2.  When I followed up in the north the reading of memo on how to  do the new format of obit, I was answered that they havent visited the blog

               3.  When asked as to whether people visit the blog regularly, only they do not make comments is untrue.  Pageviews register in the blogger document list for Blogger;  and the comments too. 

OPTIONS:

1.  Regularly call, mentor those who can not comply;  more training; through ES and MGB

2  Impose CCD to all violators.

3.  Employ #1 and #2.

In all cases, explain how to communicate effectively, how to listen and act; and be strict on the response and other deliveeables.

  6. Yes sir. I will be an example to promptly read and comments on the blog as well as on text messages.

    I will regularly remind and push our CMO and Marketing staff to deliver their commitments on sales.

  7. Communication is very important tool for us to become successful so we must master it wholeheartedly.

    I will always mentor and train all the staff to always find time to open our blogs, read and understand it and have comment on it. Also in text messages or answering phone calls they we must be prompt and active.

  9. Yes, Communication is best for each of us.Through Communication we will do our work well. It is easy but we make hard if we don't. If there is mistake accept, believe that we will improve. Cooperate to achieve the best results and to dance with the music. Communication is learning. Let us communicate constantly and learn.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
