Reflection on the VMBP, MVP, ME, FOFF; POSTED OCT 28 2011

Constant & close communication. 5 disciplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning. Are we close?

TO          :    BGG, JMV, AC, ASR, GB DC, MITCHELLE,

SUBJECT:   DEEPER REFLECTION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE ABOVE.

Vision and mission statements are rallying points for training and common behavior in the organization. They are the foundation of desired behavior and corporate action.

THUS IT WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT THAT ON MY VISITS (and even at 3ffb) the 3 are not memorized and/or not clear to everyone.  The comments on the Oct 28 post on the above topic were lacking or shallow.

I enjoin everyone to read again, reflect deeply, and post lengthy statements.

It may be a way to:

l.  Avoid late marker and grasses;

2.  Markers buried in mud and grasses

3.  Poor landscaping;

4.  Lousy ISG, ISG with earrings or not in uniform

 5 No FOFF

6.  Lack of attention in documents of interments; missing documents, late reimbursements lousy system
7.  Bad landscaping and ground maintenance

  1. All our manageable execution items are in line with our Vision, Mission, Beliefs and Principles.

Our mission is the reason why we should sell our products and services. Our mission is to provide best tributes and loving memories to our customers and non-customers alike. Best tributes and loving memories covered the marker and blue grass and the memorial park itself. Branding is the total sum experience of the customers towards our products. Not merely the products but the selling experience when they buy.

Please internalized the true meaning and the true message of our VMBP.

  3. WTDN:

    1. Markers. Look for supplier who is easy to negotiate with. As much as possible have a written contract in order to have continuous business with them and sustain them.
    2. Grasses. I will resend my PDCA of purchasing bulky bermuda in order to propagate it at the nursery considering its availability in every interment.

    2. Markers buried in mud and grasses.

This is one of the complaints from customers that we want to overcome. Because our MP is the place of remembering their departed loved ones and markers are like a remembrance of their lovedone So, we have to make sure that markers are well taken care of by our Technicians and ISGs.

    3. Poor landscaping;

We will improve our landscaping through:

    1. Ililipat ang mga salagubang at ficus sa portion ng JE area. Lilimitahan ang trees na itinanim sa gilid ng pader.
    2. Tatanggalin ang mga magtiis ka irog sa lawns.
    3. Paparamihin ang mga yellow ficus sa Lawn 5A.
    4. Dadagdagan ang massing, waving.

    4. Lousy ISG, ISG with earrings or not in uniform
    >>>We have to consider that our personnel esp. ISG look good and presentable. Because it is the reason why we sell our products.

    5. No FOFF
    >>>More push to marketing esp. Jonathan to visit non customers and have the first hand info of deceased in our San Carlos City area.

    6. Lack of attention in documents of interments; missing documents, late reimbursements lousy system
    >>>We should be organize always. we must be responsible in all our actions. Following standards is easy rather than solving problems that may arise in the future due to our negligence and disobedience.

    7. Bad landscaping and ground maintenance
More training and close supervision to our GT is a must.
Proper work scheduling must be done by all CMOs.

  4. All that we are doing and implementing is part of our MVP.

We can only be true to our Ad Speak " So lovingly remembered at Holy Gardens" if we could be able to manage and execute perfectly all the things concerning the park. It is only the park that is left to be remembered so we must maintain it and make it look worthy.

    What to do next?
    1. Markers-continue the practice that the marker was displayed already during the interment day so that upon tampering, the marker is also available to install.

    2. Bermuda-possible options is we buy bulk of bermuda to be propagated at the nursery so that it will aways be available for planting after the interment. No need to wait for a very long time for the supplier to provide.

    3. Markers buried in mud and grasses
    - Teach the GT's the proper way of brushcutting. Ipalabas dapat ang mga markers at hindi dapat natatakpan ng lupa o kaya mga damo.
We can't give the best tribute if the markers are like that. Families and loved ones surely have negative comments with regards to our memorial park

    4. Poor Landscaping- we will improve our landscaping. We will plant more to beautify our MP.
Dadagdagan po tanim sa mga gutter, pader at pathways. Tagalin ang magtiis ka irog na tanim. Damihan tanim sa harap ng office.

    5. Lousy GT-pagsabihan at see to it na yung binigay na schedule ay natutupad nila at the end of the day. Punishment is implemented if necessary.

    6. No FOFF- force Rocel and Leslie to do the FOFF. Maglibot within SFC para makakita ng FOFF o kaya kumuha referrals sa mga binibisita na clients.

7.Lack of documents in interments; missing documents; late reimbursement
-See to it that all attachments needed were complete before forwarding it to head office.
FOr easy and faster processing of reimbursements.

  5. Good day Sir,

    WTDN:
    1. Markers - we always make sure that we will deliver markers on time during our interment.

2.Markers buried in mud and grasses - we will monitor and take pictures of the markers as part of our acomplishment report.
3.Poor Landscaping- we will let our GT propagate plants and develop saleable area, plant grasses at saleable area, we will strictly monitor the planting of grasses at the saleable area and planting of barricaded plants near fence and at the gutter at saleable area.

    4. Lousy ISG -we will never allowed this to happen again. We will never allow ISG to conduct interment of not wearing proper attire during interment, it is a very formal occasion and we have to show respect for our clients.

    5. NO FOFF- we will strictly monitor our posting of FOFF, it is free and we need perseverance to do our task well done.

6.Documents of interments - we will see to it that documents of interment and reimbursement are properly attached, complete and fill up before forwarding to Head Office for easy and fast processing of documents.

    7. Bad Landscaping - we will discuss and share brilliant ideas with the GT for beautifying our memorial park. We need close supervision and leadership to comply our task and be result oriented.
