SUBJECT : PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT IN STANDARD PRICING COSTING, & OWNING THE SEGMENT

1. WHAT:
2. Adjustment on the P’s of interment.
3. Owning a particular segment in interment experience.
2. OBJECTIVES:
1. To rationalize the interment expenses incurred for every SBU.
2. Cost recovery to reflect increase in the price of vault and other inputs to the interment.
3. To create memorable and liberating experience for the customers and their friends so that they will specify Holy Gardens in the future.
4. To comply with the expanded Senior Citizen Discount.
3. The following shall be the schedule of Interment Fee for all SBU effective November 14, 2011.

Should there be further increase in materials, any increase of price of materials > 5% shall be increased on a material per material basis. SRP shall be adjusted accordingly.
2. Senior Citizen who shall be interred is entitled to 20% discount. The photo copy of the Senior Citizen I.D. (Office of the Senior Citizens Affair) given the discount voucher acknowledge by customers which will be attached to the Interment Authorization.
3. The surcharges shall be as follows:
Sunday Interments + 10%
Interment on Legal Holidays + 20%
4. Rush Interment + 40% (irrespective whether its Holiday or Sunday)
Rush Interments are interments where notices are less than 72 hours prior to interment. To rationalize the interment service offer to customers, the minimum budgets for the service items are as follows:
Refreshments Php 1,000.00
*which includes solid and liquid refreshments
Funeral Pack Php 400.00
*which includes biscuits, coffee, candies and chips
Memory Board Php 250.00
Flowers Php 150.00
Balloons Php 400.00
Memorial Notice Php 100.00
Souvenir Php 150.00
Excavation and Services as per SBU
Marker Engrave as per SBU
Additional for Luxury Interment:
Tribute - Php 3,000.00
For the said interments, the following shall be the minimum:
1. Motif
2. Carpets
3. Chairs
4. Songs
5. Sound system
6. You tube, Grief share and Obituary
5. Owning the segment - the following shall be routine / ordinary experience for the customers for De Luxe interment:
1. Guest book
2. Memory display/ Memory Board
3. Convoy / convoy ribbon
4. Gate pass
5. Ceremonies, prayer, speeches of the member of the family
6. Formal / uniform dress by ISG and CSS
7. Prayer
8. Funeral Packs
9. Ribbon
10. Balloons with prayer petition
6. The following are the segments we would like to own:
1. Electronic Tribute
2. Funeral packs
3. Refreshments
4. Memorialization
5. Memorabilia / Souvenirs
6. Obits
7. Convoy
8. Convoy Items
7. Manner of presentation of interment fee options:
The Luxury shall be first mentioned to the customers especially if they are SC. The De Luxe interment shall be always presented as the last option.
8. All other discounts are abolished except for Senior Citizen’s Discount.
9. On the 40th day, sympathy cards, cakes/ flowers for the bereaved family.
10. INCENTIVES:
A. Incentives
P 200.00 incentives will be given to the following:
CSS2 – 150.00
CMO - 50.00
Ø For De Luxe interments (undiscounted) accepted by customers who are not Senior Citizen.
P 400.00 incentives will be given for the following:
CSS2 – 250.00
CMO – 150.00
Ø For all Luxury interments who are not Senior Citizen and undiscounted.
Interment Incentives payable at every reimbursement in check.
Provided: (all or nothing).
1. Complete items in interment report especially blue grass and marker.
2. Reimbursement sent within seven (7) days.
3. Complete attachments.
4. Excellent rating. (Complete all service items).
B. Other Incentives
a. Preparation of slide share presentation P 100.00
(Minimum of 15 slides)
b. Preparation of video (daily motion/youtube) presentation P 150.00
(Minimum of 3 minutes presentation)
Other incentives payable upon IF replenishment.
Provided:
1. At least 3 months in the company with Certificate of Orientation for newly hired.
2. Complete CSS (CSS1 and CSS2)
3. Every mistake less P 20.00.
4. Posted at least 5 FOFF per month.
5. Posted pre interment in Holy Gardens Notices and obituary in Grief Sharing maximum of 24 hours upon receipt of Interment Fee.
6. Posted post interment in Holy Gardens Notices maximum of 24 hours after the interment.
7. Uploaded slide share and video presentation at you tube and daily motion maximum of two days after the interment.
8. Excellent interment rating.
9. Updated interment replenishment.
10. Not applicable to OSCA discount and PIS.
11. Subject to audit.
12. Any omission will be a ground for disqualification.
11. Effectivity of the memo shall be on November 14, 2011.

  2. We will follow the minimum budget for each interment items. CSS and CMO must work in hand to strive and ensure the completeness and promptness of each esp. marker and grasses.

    Price of interment fee is a bit lowered now so we have to revised and reprint our price lists with corresponding interment packages.

    Let's work together to qualify for the incentives.
