We can not but repeat again and again things that should be manageable executions:
l. Communications
l. Please txtback and acknowledge promptly text messages.
2. Comment on your griefshare postings especially if the deceased is from your sbu.
3. Discuss the blog at this site, note the comments following RRURAC and SMART interview the GT, TS and post their comments. There should be more than 6 comments each time.
4. HAMP must join this community.
5. Fixing your ICT infrastructure promptly: this is a priority like: there is no internet connection, no laptop. It is your responsibility ( and your fault, and to be blamed later on) if there is no medium to communicate. It cannot be an excuse or alibi.
6. Always submit your own INDIVIDUAL NOTE/MINUTES OF THE MEETING, after every face to face or tele meetings.
2. Garden Contractors and Garden Technicians
Both must deliver value to the memorial park. In order to do that:
l. Their work must be planned and CHECKED METICULOUSLY. Follow prescibed format. Upload this at the blog.
2. Garden contractors can be contracted only if there is a landscaping project with sufficient planting materials.
3. Regularize your GT organization. Do not rely on GC for your sweeping and cleaning requirements. Kindly request your GT who are in the habit of insurbordination to look for other jobs elsewhere.
4. Regularly ask your GT and GC to view our pictures on landscaping
3. Reports and feedback
This is part of the communication cyle and the CHECKING PART PDCA.
1. Inform your superior (direct reports) promptly and regularly ahead of time what you are going to do. Report what you have done when the activity is over.
l. Submit written reports on what you did with PDCA or cash advances. Thus the Nov l
event is begging for immediate written report.
2. Your monthly plans need a report as to whether you achieved the plan or not. Analyze
why? you were achieved the plan/not achieve the plan. What will you do to achieve
the plan next time.? It is not enough to fail now; you must learn from the experience.
4. Compliance and conformance
Compliance is the minimum requirement for quality. In order to succeed, you must KEEP YOUR WORD.
1. When you say YES to a telecon or cp conversation, you mean YES, YOU WILLL DO IT NOW. Not YES, I heard you.
2. Stick to your budgets and commitments. There is no other option.
3. Have a plan of action: your resources, your manpower, processes and checking. Stick to it.
4. Be strict. Enforce an atmosphere of professionalism and discipline. Get those who can not off the bus.
5. Follow up follow up follow up follow through. Expect to be followed up; if you dont want to be followed up, be proactive; report ahead of time.
6. Strictly stick to the corporate plan, marketing plan. Read them always, remind your people of the landmarks. Stick to the MC; they have precedence over all other considerations. If you dont, you must be disciplined.
7. The system of rewards and punishment (CCD) must be enforced uniformly, fairly and consistently.
8. "Ignorance of the procedure is not an excuse." Make sure your people are properly informed and trained and up to date with the latest.
Please RRURAC. Please read and comply
JUS
Strictly acknowledge reading and understanding by promptly making a comment..comply.
I've read and understand the memo sir.
ReplyDelete1. Communication - Reply to text messages and answer calls promptly. Comments on the blogs. Post minutes every meeting.
2. Work Schedule of Garden Technician - it must be strict and be checked vigorously.
3. Reports and Feedback - feedback and report on the status of assignments and deadlines.
4. Conformance and Compliance - Comply on what was ordered to me in conformance to the standard or memorandum.
Thanks..
Edith
1. Communications - We must all be responsible. Simply replying to text messages is very important. We must observe this at all times it is part of professionalism. Including postings in grief share and making comments in the blog.
ReplyDelete2. GT/GC - Yes sir I will plan and check their work meticulously and I will post their weekly work schedule at the blog. I have already shown some pictures of landscaping for their guide. I will also make sure that they have sufficient planting materials.
3. We will take initiative to report even without being followed up. My lesson in HGLUMP visit that I should have an immediate report even I was not even told to do so.
I should also have an analysis like Nov. 1 plan vs. actual achievement. And report what went wrong. what has been achieved. We must then learn from our experiences and mistakes. Always have a plan of action.
4. Keeping our word at the workplace at all times. Conform to the standard procedures.
Discipline people as with the system of rewards and punishment.
