Yes Sir i do have an open heart, i want to listen using my heart because it is only then that i can do my job very well. That no matter how hard or how risk the task is if i put my heart in it, i will be able to surpass all challenges and blockers that comes my way.

My cup is empty sir. I am willing to accept new ideas and new learnings that would help me become a better person. I still need a lot of teachings and learnings from you with regards to management and leadership.

ReplyDeleteyes, i have an open heart. i am willing to learn things and do what is needed. it is by our being open that helps us carry our loads in an easy way.

i am always open for new experiences and lessons to be learned. new ideas which can be helpful to my work. lots of lessons to be learned all we need is an open heart to fully understand things.

i am with the company sir, though we have differences and beliefs, we are still part of the community which have goals and objectives to fulfill. with holy gardens i am part of the community that in a unique way help others lessen their burdens. one that i can be proud of.

ReplyDeletel. Do you have an open heart.? >Yes I have. I hear with my ears and listen with my heart in the sense that what is being told to me is well understood and ACT on it not obligatory but I do it with all my heart.
2. Are your cups full or empty? Yes sir. With my 8 years in the organization I can’t say that I know everything, there’s still a lot of learning and teachings that I need to know through Acceptance and Willingness to learn more.
3. Are you with us or against us? I am always with the organization. Because we are one and we are not enemies. Those who are against are those who easily give up, they are the quitters and losers.

* Yes sir, i have an open heart, i want to listen, accept and willing to learn more to improve myself, Loving my work and responsibilities by heart can make me stronger individual to face the challenges and situation for every difficulties of our jobs most especially in our SBU.
