  1. I have conducted a meeting yesterday at 6pm with Romeo & Juanito(GT) and Alberto (GC)

    I have pointed out the ff. topics:

    1. Time rescheduling 6:00-10:00 2:00-6:00 para maging mabilis;
    2. Work schedule will be posted and communicated well to them;
    3. They are part of our organization and they play a big role in beautification of our MP;
    4. Bilisan ang pagtratrabaho hindi pwedeng "papetiks petiks" kailangan nasunod ang workschedule at may natapos/naaccomplished within the day;
    5. Ichecheck ko ng isa isa ang natapos based sa work schedule kaya hindi pwedeng hindi nagawa/walang natapos;
    6. Pipicturan at ipopost sa blog.
    7. Maging masusi ang bawat isa sa mga kalat dapat magkaroon ng malasakit at ariin nilang kanila ang memorial park upang kahit hindi inutos gagawin, kahit walang pasok magbabantay;
    8. Magtrabaho kahit wala ang boss na nakakakita sa kanila;
    9. Pagplaplano bago mag umpisa ng trabaho, paghahanda ng mga gamit para hindi pabalik balik;
    10. Palaging pagsusuot ng ID at green shirt.

    I'll give feedback and some changes through sending site pictures everyday/every other day.
