Calamba Visit/Inspection Today November l6,20ll

Constant & close communication. 5 disciplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning.

I went to Calamba today to inspect the site:

l.  To find out whether the SBU is conforming to MVP;
2.  Whether the site is allready beautiful and compelling to buy;
3.  If people and things are improving.

I arrived at the site at 8:30 am.  Did a quick look around  just before the chapel, had a meeting at 8:45. and ended at about l0:00 am.  These are the sights that met me:   (Please comment)

Questions:   Please answer each one of the questions;  cmo/acmo, gch, gt.

l.  Is there a problem?   What is the problem? Do you have such a problem at your SBU?

2.  What could be done ASAP to solve the problem?

3.  What EDS (input, throughput, output) system can be installed in place made robust (supervised tightly) so that no such problem are repeated?

4. How can you leave this behind and move forward to benchmark HK Disneyland, Kowloon?  What is your timeline?

  1. There are these problems so far not good to look at. Sa malayo po hindi nakikita pero when we look close to it we can see the real problem that needs action fast.

    It needs proper work scheduling and tight supervision. Daily monitoring of work schedules vs. accomplishments must be done by cmo.

    1. Paalala lang po sa staff natin sa hggmp-pakibigyan ng instruction ang security guard natin na imonitor palagi ang paligid ng ating MP
    2. Ugaliin po natin na lumibot sa paligid ng ating MP tuwing umaga nang s gayon ay makita natin kung aling portion ng ating site ang dapat aksyunan, gapasan ng damo, linisan at kutuhan,ang paglilibot sa site s umaga ay malaking bagay nadin sa ating kalusugan isa itong paraan ng pag eehersisyo,_SANA GANUN DIN SA IBANG SBU!
    3. Sa ating mga GT ang lahat ng ating gamit ay dapat pangalagaan, huwag natin itong kaligtaan sa ating pinaggawaan, ANG LAHAT NG ATING GAMIT,pagkatapos gamitin ay dapat nililigpit!!!
