SUBJECT: BEST PRACTICES FOR CUSTOMER BONDING FOR EXECUTION.
On several occasions, I have repeated that the following be executed regarding customer service:
1. Attach petition and prayers to the balloon stringsl Ask family members to make prayers and petition. On the day of interment, tape the prayers and petition to the strings of the balloons. The balloon release should look more meaningful and emotive.
2. Post:
1, Birthday greetings of the deceased at the interment plastic board;
2. Death anniversaries
3,. Clean markers and place one (1) red rose on the marker to commemmorate #2.

Acknowledge po. Sa #1, we are doing it in Holy Gardens Calapan in our Balloon Tribute, when raining the letters were burned in a pot with charcoal after reading their letters.
ReplyDeleteIn #2, we will place birthday greetings in interment board at the site. During their death anniversaries,the Garden Contractor clean their markers, light a candle or place a flower and prepare a tent and chairs for the family.

Acknowledge Sir. We are doing it in every interment after the casket had been lowered and prayers for the deceased have been recited. The balloons and the bereaved families messages was attached to the unwoven cloth and they will be the one to release the balloon to the sky.
ReplyDeleteWhen raining, we have prepared for a pot with charcoal wherein their letters and messages for their loved ones will be burned in the pot after they have read their messages.
In #2 We will post greetings in interment board at the site, and during their death anniversaries, their markers will be cleaned, light a candle or place a flower and prepare a tent and chairs for the family who will visit the site.
