BACKGROUND:
Garden Estate becomes slow moving product. But some SBU can sell GE and it help our SBU to have cash to use for our expenses and development. We want to push our Garden Estate to help us to finance our development.
ALTERNATIVES:
- Continue 5% down payment
- 10% down payment but 0% interest for 6 months.
Option no. 2 is the best alternative to increase sales and collection.
