I am posting here pictures of landscaping at HK and Kowloon.  The nice things about this upload are:

l.  The plants are similar to our plants;
2.  The landscaping workers and designers I believe are from the Philippines.

Questions:  Can we benchmark these?  Can we do these?  When Who?  Who is in charge?
