1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.
3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way

Please improve leadership and management of landscaping and maintenace. A lot of efforts and improvement must be made on:
ReplyDeletel. Organizational development: team building and work standards.
2. Planning: Work scheduling.
3. Control: checking who does what and enforcement of work scheduling and standards. Reward the doers and punish those who cant follow work schedule.
Please address this issue squarely and seriously to support you in your quest to sell more.
Discipline, SHITSUKE IS THE KEY
Yes sir. I will exert more efforts in work standards and work scheduling of GT and GC. Close monitoring of what has planned vs. what's being done.
