TO : All staff who posts at the blogs

SUBJECT: STANDARDS IN POSTING AT THE BLOGS.
Goal : To make our blogs presentable and internationally competitive
To save time and effort;
To serve the customers better
Reality: ?We are wasting a lot of time editting and correcting errors of the sbu. And constantly reminding them of the correct procedures. If something visible like this is done wrong, what about those that are not visible? These are visible signs of quality. Namely, many of us are not quality conscious.
Options/WTDN
l. Observe correct grammar, punctuations, lower and upper case, spelling. Consult thesaurus, grammar book etc.
2. Be sure that your posts:
l. Have a title; spell out the complete name of the memorial park; the title should be a headline and should tell much about the content of the post;
2. Have labels
For griefshare: complete name of the memorial park, complete name with initials of the deceased, the month and the year of death, announcement/post interment.
For community: complete name of memorial park, Month and year
Nature of the post: Weekly site accomplishment report
Daily site accomplishment report
Construction report.
Be sure that for the labels, your l and c are consistent. A new label is made whenever l and c are altered or a new label is posted. The label helps you sort out systematize your posts, and make it easy to search for your posts.
Strictly acknowledge reading and understanding by promptly making a comment..comply.
At my level these must be implemented properly. Free from errors and mistake. Every SBU must practice quality in every aspects of their job and I must check and monitor whether quality is achieve or not and impose necessary actions if not achieve.

Mistakes in communications, in grammar, spelling and punctuation look very unprofessional, it is essential that the language be correct. It shows a lack of attention to detail and, rightly or wrongly, raises questions about the quality of our work.I must be aware of using my grammars and spelling,I must be conscious and consistent to it to get profit of my high quality understanding and professionalism.

It is a reality sir that we spent time on editing our posts especially on obituaries posted on grief share and FOFF. Trough your post, there will be uniformity on posting title and labels on specific topic that we are posting. It will be a great help on our part. Thank you very much, sir.
