How to stop proscratinating/breaking bad habits

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.
3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way

Bad habits develops as we start doing it and repeat for at least 3 consecutive days, if you started doing it its hard to break the key to break it is to be determine first, then you should act on what you plan to do, our friends and family members can help break the habit, we must also have the desire to change your bad habit of a good one, Bryan Tracy emphasize that self discipline will break the bad habit. Many people does what successful people do.
ReplyDeleteAdmit it or not, we are all encountering these matters, bad habits and procrastination. We cannot deny the fact that we do face this bad habits and "bukas na lang" habit was the most popular. And we must learn to get away with all those distractions affecting to our daily activities. I will exceed extra effort to make my job more challenging and exciting to avoid bad habits and procrastination. Be organized, focus and be productive. I will follow this tips and wait for the good results after a month. (wink) ;)

Breaking Bad Habits, really must be done on our ownself first and then illuminate all the habits we usually do always.We must plan and do our plan on time.Defeat the bad habits and apply the most good one.As for my what to do next I must be more eager to have more self esteem, and do all the documents right away so that clients will be satisfy, and as for marketing always be positive and think for higher target of sales, think of new ideas that client needs and wants. Kaya nating iwasan ang mga bad habits kung mag-focus tayo sa trabaho. Laging isipin ang mga positibong bagay para magampanan natin ang ang ating trabaho. Pumasok ng maaga para maagang matapos ang mga gawain. Kung ano ang naka-schedule na gawain, tapusin natin agad para magkaroon ng oras para magawa ang iba pang gawain. Kailangan nating ng pagpupursige.

ReplyDeleteLahat tayo kayang magbago. Kung gusto mo, maraming paraan. Kung ayaw maraming dahilan. Isipin na yung procrastination ay parang credit card na kung saan nag-eenjoy ka sa paggamit hanggang sa di mo namamamalayan di mo na kayang bayaran yung bill mo. Parang manyana habit, hindi mo alam ang magiging resulta, magugulat ka na lang. Baguhin natin ang bad habits.

Kailangan nating mag-focus sa trabaho. Palitan ang mga bad habits tulad ng pagpasok nang di maaga. Kung ano ang kayang tapusin sa buong araw, tapusin agad at huwag nang ipagpabukas pa. Mas maganda kung higitan pa natin ang nakatakdang gawain sa buong araw. Kaya nating baguhin ang ating sarili.

Tapusin natin kung ano ang nakatakdang gawain at huwag ng ipagpaliban pa. Maging focus tayo sa trabaho para matapos natin ang mga ito. Alisin ang bad habits tulad ng pagpapabukas pa. Kailangan na may disiplina sa isang tao para magawa ang mga ito.
