7 habits of highly effective people is an very inspirational way of changing ourselves to be better and more effective more importantly in our daily work. Beginning with the positive attitude and Pro-active, taking responsibility is like being responsible not only in ourselves but also for others. We need to think better for us to accomplish every task we have, exercising discipline in every plans and priorities, strong determination of thinking a win-win is a positive attitude to achieved goal, learning the needs, trust and concerns for other that will make us be matured, synergized and sharpen the saw which we want to improve ourselves in our daily habits.

Begin with an end in mind. Envisioning the future. Being a no limit person we should make things happen. Avoid dreaming and hoping.
