It is about getting better everyday.
This morning, I received an incident report. The report was on a defect of a patrol in the north. Its clutch would not function. A breakdown is not a subject of incident report. Thefts, losses that are major, are covered by incident report.
The head of the unit requests a new vehicle but they do not have funds to buy a vehicle. First, they must sell to have funds. It turned out that the problem with the vehicle is leaking valve slave cylinder which could be repaired easily.
It is sad that its TS has not undertaken any step to repair the vehicle.
The basis of TPM are JH (Jishu Kozhen) autonomous action by employees (not dependence of head office or mechanics), initiative and resourcefulness to repair the vehicle.
The foundation of TPM is 5s (Do you know what 5s is)
