How Best Leaders Lead? by Brian Tracy and Ken Blanchard

Do you want to be a great leader?  Do you want to be a success?  You have to be leader first;

Leadership is a journey;  he must continue on a daily journey on how to make himself and his department to be a success. What are  the restraining forces to be a success?

  1. Leaders are not born, they are made. It is not an overnight process, but is something that is worked hard for. And being a leader maybe is a very tough situation for someone, because you are tasked and assigned to deal with different types of people in the organization.An entity's success can be credited somehow to a great and responsible leader who sees himself as someone who is ready to listen to his subordinates' problems and is very much willing to help them in any way he can.

  2. Be a role model and lead, Be a good role model and lead as you want your leader to be.Work the hardest to set example, expressing yourself the right way, Do exactly as you say and mean what you say.Leaders should act like a leader.

  3. As i watched this video clip of Best Leaders, is like in the movie of Spiderman, a great power comes with a great responsibility. Each of us had this great power, this are like the power to understand people, the power in motivating people like Nick Vujicic do, this people had the great power and great responsibility they are motivated to help others, a leader had the great power and responsibility to help and motivate people around him/her were his/her talent shared for others. And the follower will turn to be a good leader with having a good and better leader.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
