Ofelia Delos Santos – interested with the promo, special location 3A,

Judith Ann Magalong – she will inform her cousin with the new promo, with value added benefits,

Johnny Pascua – generated prospect from Abanon High school, for follow up

John Prado – offered beside lot, he'll leave the money to his sister by next week

Agapito Sarmiento – For follow up thru text first, inform him with the new promo

Janet Rayos – She'll text when because her husband is leaving the country

Sonia Cariño – text tomorrow, beside lot will be offered to her brother-in-law

Juanita De Vera – offered beside lot

Agents followed up:

Joy Sanchez – follow up her client tomorrow

Gerly Ferrer – follow up her other prospects, offer the new promo,

Bibiana Acosta – she will inform her cousin with regards to the new promo

Act/What to do next: We will follow up thru visitation our Class A prospects especially those who are interested for No Down promo. Leaf letting during interment will be done tomorrow. We will continue hiring new agents so that they will help us in our sales as well as to help them financially, having an extra income. Send compelling push text with regards to the Pay Day Special promo starting tomorrow.

 2.  What are you doing about the resources and activities to achieve your sales and collection objectives?*How do you best utilize the resources - funds vehicles, manpower, site, money, funds

Cross wind for visitation of agents and prospects. Led TV for ads and promos, cell phone for calls and text blasts, computer for FB blast, Leaflets, brochures and promo items were given. Tri bike for GT.

3.  What processes are you improving:   doing faster, removing other unnecessary steps?

             By having a telecom rather by calling one by one. Calling bpi or staff at once when there are doubts in my mind for more clarification and understanding.

How are you serving the customers better?   

*** We served refreshments. Asking their concerns/complaints and assisting them with their needs. We are lending them the tent and chairs if they needed so. We are offering hats and umbrellas during tripping. We will be offering the clients with special occasions of their loved ones to avail the videoke rental. We are mentioning the added value of our product which is the Customer's Amortization Fund (CAF). We are also mentioning the new promo of Majorem, the .99% interest.

 4.  How do you make your staff more productive?

 2.  Motivation

I will discuss the ORC to office staff on Wednesday to motivate them to sell and collect.

I have informed them that we have the ice breaker award for being the first to sell this month of July.

*Continue doing the BP for chapel services so as to finally finish and improve the chapel.

*We will include catering services in the interment package.

*We will offer funeral services and chapel services in the future

                I have prepared gifts for agents' sales meeting and awarding of agents for 2nd quarter, we will schedule Agents meeting for the discussion of CAF and Pay Day Specials and upcoming events.

 *Beautifying the park*

Pangasinan: Mowering in Lawn 2B and GE area and half of left wing parking, Trimming at pagkukuto sa Lawn 2B and left wing fence (inside of MP)
