Payday specials from July 13 to August 30, 2013

"Pag gusto, may paraan; pag ayaw, maraming dahilan " Getting higher and stronger



We will hold payday specials on the following days (July 13 - 20, July 26 - 31, August 9 - 18, August 23 - 31) and the customers/prospective buyers will get the following:

l. 15% down payment only (instead of the usual 20%

2. For purchase of 2 lots or more, gifts worth 2% of the total lot price

3. Amortization after 90 days for regular down payment

For agents, they get the following:

l. Gifts for bring me - prospects and agents

2. Ice breaker award

3. Highest  sales award

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
