Ornamental Plants

Constant & close communication. 5 disciplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning.


Here is an area where our garden technicians (and presumably our CMO's, and other leadership are weak) It is time to look at these well, and RRURAC.





Aren't they nice?  Do we know their names?  Where can we get them?  Can we have them at HGOMP?  At other Holy Gardens?  When do we start?

    Yes, we can have them in our memorial park. It can be the main attraction and we can easily sell our lots because we have the beautiful memorial park.We will help motivate our Garden Technician to plant different ornamental plants and to landscape them beautifully.

    Other plants na wala sa ating memorial park ay pwde tayong magkarun sa pamamagitan ng paghingi or pagbili ng pinaka mother at pararamihin sa nursery natin.

    Common na sa paningin natin ang iba sa mga halamang ito pero nagkakaroon ito ng dating sa pamamagitan ng magandang landscaping.Magkaroon tayo ng sapat na kaalaman sa paglalandcsape para ang mga halaman na meron tayo ay maging elegant sa paningin ng mga nakakakita.

    Some of the plants are available here in La Union.Kung titignan mga common plants lang ang ginamit sa landscaping pero magandang tignan at may dating. Very nice at meticulous ang pagkakagawa. These things should be the focus always of our GT.

    Those plant are pleasant to the eye, we need to plant those to our site and maintain the landscaping for the beautification of our site.The other plants are familiar,the nearby barangay have a plant like that, we will ask for a little piece to plant in our site.

    Magaganda po ang mga halamang aking nakita, ang iba po ay kilala mko, at meron din tayo,manghihinge po kame sa mga katabing barangay natin para makapag tanim at mapadami, ngayon po linngo ito, sisimulan ko.

    Ang ibat ibang halamangg ipinakita sa amin ay hindi masyadong pamilyar, magtatanung tanung po ako, at manghihinge para makadagdag sa mga halaman namin dito sa site.

    Magaganda po ang mga halaman, opo kilala ko po ang ibang halaman na aking nakita,para po magkaroon tayo nito, kailanagn manghinge gtayo sa mga kliyente na may mga tanim ng ganito, sisimulan po namin ito ngayong buwan.
