Status of saleable areas as of Aug. 19,201
ReplyDeleteCALAPAN-budget and contractor of pison are readily available just need to have good weather condition to pursue the operation. Next in line will be the landscaping.
OTON- Activities is the layouting of the area schedule by Engr on Aug. 31, 2011. The area already started the landscaping by planting of grass in the lawn area and shrubs(plants from nursery) in the fencing. Continues planting of grass will be done.I will email the pictures tomorrow.
CALAMBA-Lawn 6A-still need to remove tall grasses (talahib) schedule tomorrow by two Garden Contractor
Lawn b,c,d- removed tall grasses, need maintenance
Lawn e,f,g-not yet removed the tall grasses, WS by Garden Contractor starting Monday Aug 22,2011.I will email pictures tomorrow.
I will push the marketing at Calamba to push the selling on saleable area.Provide them needed training to capacitate them, and needed marketing collateral.

ReplyDeleteCALAPAN- as per Engr. hindi na kelangan ng pison dahil matagal ng naguulan at well compacted na yong area dahil sa ulan. Papatanggal na lng sir mga damong tumubo at unti untiin na taniman ng blue grass.
OTON- tapos ng nalayout ni Eng. next in line will be construction of pathwalk,curve and gutter. We will produce the needed budget for the construction.
CALAMABA- on going removal of grasses will email the updated pictures until thursday Sept 1,2011
