ReplyDeleteWe are born to make difference in the lives of other people and we cannot fulfill this if we are not going to keep our word or what we promise. Thy will be done not only in words but in action
1.Miscommunications- what are to be revise and improve. What are the needed data. It will be prevented if it is properly coordinated and communicated.
2.ASk to the in charge what take it so long. If there's any problem with regards to the plans, supplier and immediate actions must be done after identify where the delays coming from.
We cannot execute the right thing without proper communication. Lack of communication is one of the barriers in execution. As one of the officer in 3rd floor office, I must see to it that what should be done must be done on time and complete for me to be called executive. Follow through and intense follow up, checking and monitoring to be sure that things executed well.
ReplyDeleteEveryone must be engaged and responsible to our tasks because in this "life & death" situation of our business, speed and being prompt matters most. We must execute ASAP / OTAC especially on customers service and on the things that have great impact on sales.
For item number 3, rest assured that it will not happen again. I will explain to my co-employees on the 3rd floor office WHY we should respect table of everyone of us especially our Senior Managing Director's position and authority.
Thanks and regards,
Editha G. Vital
