    1. One of the strategies to increase your sales is we need to invest in people. Hire first for attitude.
    2. The highest percentage why customer quit is because of lack of contact to customer with 20%
    3. Most of the aspect why customer buy because we build the confidence with quality services.
    4. Despite that a customer quit or say no to your product how many times, still it shows that 80% close after the customer says that he/she will be quit.
    5. Customer who registers a complaint, 70% will do business again if the problem is resolved.
    Relationship to what I already know
    Guerrilla Selling and negotiating helps us to identify our weaknesses with regards to selling and negotiating experiences. It also mentioned that the more products/services we offer the greater area of customer we can serve. Reading this presentation and have proper application will help us achieve our sales objectives. It is not burden to us reading this blog but an opportunity to capacitate us.
    What to do next
    Campaign to all SBU reading all the presentation with deep understanding and application.

  4. Guerrilla marketing has something to do with improving our marketing skills and collaterals. We need to be unique to catch the attention of our clients. Also, to attain greater sales result of our products, we need to exert more effort on dealing with our customers, on presenting our products and winning their trust. Once we are able to attract the interest of our clients, it will be easier for us to sell our products to them.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
