HGPMP Report on Agents Meeting August 27, 2011

Subject: Report on Agent’s Meeting


Date: August 27, 2011 (Saturday)


Time: 2:00 p.m.


Expected attendees: 25 – 30 agents



GOAL: 1. To achieve 40 units per month


2. To recruit 10 new agents


3. To encourage agents to sell



REALITY/RESULT:


Attendees: 13


Agents recruited: 2


Budget: P 8,400.00


Expenses made: P 6,128.50


Excess: P 2,271.50 (OR# 21300)


Discussed to agents the following promos:


5% down payment, FOFF, blog sites, free lots, free interment and 5% down payment on ash crypts


Top 3 performers was awarded accordingly


All attendees received sales kit plastic envelopes with ball pens, pricelists, leaflets and brochures.


Food was served after the program


We do not meet the expected number of attendees due to typhoon Mina.



OPTIONS/ALTERNATIVE:



1. Consider the weather condition next time in conducting a meeting.


2. Invitation of agents must be done one week before the meeting.



WTDN:



1. Follow up committed no. of units (20) to be delivered by agents;


2. Recruit more agents and increase visitation.


3. Early planning.

    Why can't we make ALL AGENTS NA TARGET NATING UMATTEND na umattend?
    Mahina ba kapit natin sa agent? Ano dapat nating gawin? Di ba malaki tulong natin sa benta? Tinutulungan ba natin inaalagaan natin silang mabuti?

    Ano gagawin natin sa hindi dumating?

  2. Yes sir, next time po ico-consider po namin ang weather condition. Explain po namin maigi sa agents na kailangan nilang umattend for their benefits na lahat po ng matutunan nila sa meeting ay para din po sa kanila na maincrease po ang benta at lalaki po ang kanilang income.

    Sa mga hindi po umattend sir bibisitahin po sila para mainform po sila sa mga bagong promos at ung iba po na talagang hindi umaattend ng meeting susulatan ko po sila para iremind sila with regards sa attendance policy po natin sa agents meeting.
