HGCMP SALES AGENTS REPORT

Goal / Objectives:

1. To generate 25 sales unit every month;
2. To recruit additional agents;

Reality:
1. Attendees on the recent sales agents activity were 10 participants, composed of active agents and newly recruited agents. Attendance are as follows:
1. Shirley Casapao - she received an award worth 150.00 for closing Niche last May 2011
2. Mercedes Adis - Received the top performer award for the 1st semester and received one (1) wall fan worth 800.00 for closing garden estate for January and having regular sales monthly;
3. Lilibeth Ilao Gumboc
4. Marlito Macatangay - received gift worth 50.00 for bringing new recruit.
5. Marissa Sy- received gift worth 50.00 for bringing new recruit.
6. Valor San Pedro - newly recruit by Marlito Macatangay
7. Orlando Marinda
8. Margarita Pabalate - newly recruit by Marissa Sy
9. Elene Maria Magbago - Ara May prospect and recruited as Agent
10. Bella B. Aban - ASR newly recruit agent

2. Sales kit (Plastic envelope with zipper) were distributed to attendees containing the following:
3 ballpens - 1 for the agent; 2 for their prospective buyer
20 leaflets
1 brochure
1 program invitation

Options: One on one conversation with the agent; House to house visitation

What to do next:
1. To make sure that agents are performing or their commitment has to be delivered, daily follow up thru phone/text will be done;
2. Schedule of agents for saturation at least thrice a week;
3. Apply the territorial sales management;
4. Agents Commitment - 20 units per month; minimum of 2 units each agent; CSS - 5 units per month.

    Asan ang pictures? Next time make sure we will achieve our commitments.

    Pls deliver the commitment of your agents. Visit agents na hindi naka attend give them marketing materials (tarp,leaflets brochures)
