BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND

Constant & close communication, discipline are the keys to unity, shared learning, vision and success.

1.Objective, purpose driven life.

According to Steven Covey - begin with the end in mind. According to Harold Geneen, running a business is unlike reading a book, we begin with the ending. In military, doing a mission plan is not from beginning to the end, but rather, starting with the missions result.

2. Thus what is the Christian's purpose in life?

To live in the loving presence of God, to be in heaven when we die. When this is viewed in this light, all the things that we do acquire a new meaning.

3. All things that have a beginning has an end. That is the truth: all that is born, dies ultimately and there is no escape. And thus we must plan for that ending. How would you like to be remembered in your funeral? What will people tell about you in your eulogy? What will be written on your marker? Where will you be buried.

IN THIS LIGHT, BUYING A MEMORIAL PARK LOT IS A VERY IMPORTANT DECISION IN YOUR LIFE. PEOPLE WORK SO HARD AND DO GREAT THINGS ONLY TO BE BURIED IN A UNKNOWN GRASS STREWN PLACE.

BUYING A MEMORIAL PARK LOT, CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF, IS MORE IMPORTANT than a load or cellphone. It is our final destination. It our end.

Begin with the end in mind. If we explain this to our customer/prospect well, then they will buy lots. All of them, most of them....

  1. We can use it as marketing tool to encourage our people to buy our memorial park. We should give emphasis on these things to open the mind and the heart of the customers that memorial park is important.
As part of the organization, we should always remember and never forget the SHARED VISION.

  2. This will be our new strategy in selling. We will mention this to our prospects and they will definitely reflect on this truth and we will win them.
As a marketing we must always think of an end. We must be results oriented. What is important always is the result - sales and collection.

  3. Before we do something, we must always think what would be the end result of it. Think about the consequences we might encounter and be ready to overcome it. We must always think positive as it attracts good vibes and don't duel with the negativity as it will attracts bad things.
