Plan and Objectives for New Assignment

Marketing

1. Finish all Marketing Collateral (Tarpaulins, leaflets) on or before August 22, 2011
2. Plan for November 1 be ready not later than September 15, 2011.
3. Increase sales performance by:
For the month of AUGUST 2011 - 100% increase vs. July Performance
For the month of SEPTEMBER - 50% increase vs. August performance
For the month of OCTOBER - 50% increase vs. September performance
For the month of November 2011 - Achieving at least 90% of the sales target

Holy Gardens Greenhills

1. Complete staff not later than November 15, 2011
2. Stand out signage not later than September 30, 2011
3. LEd and LCD not later than September 30, 2011
4. Checking and monitoring of interment, memorial park and training of staff
5. Twice a month SBU visit.
6. Once a month audit.

Administrative

1. Complete staff not later than November 15, 2011
2. Implement TOEES
3. Performance evaluation of staff for first semester not later that September 30, 2011.

    Yes mam Edith. Here in Panga, have already printed out all the tarps for 5% DP and are already installed yesterday. Napa riso na din po namin leaflets for 5% DP, FOFF and BTR promos. Schedule na lang po ng leaf letting per barangay this week.

    1. Sales performance in August 2011
    -> 84 units vs July 2011 performance of 38 units
    2. Tarpaulins for 5% dp, FOff, treasure hunt, including leaflets and promo items were delivered to all SBU.
    3. Plan for Nov.1 event (draft) will be submitted on Sept. 5, 2011)
