GOAL: 1. To achieve 30 units per month amounting to Php 1, 014, 600.00

             2. To recruit additional 10 new agents

       3. To motivate agents to sell

REALITY/RESULT:

Attendees: 10

Agents recruited: 2

Budget: P7, 500.00

Expenses made: P6, 183.00

Excess: P 1, 317.00  (OR# 9664)

Discussed to agents the following promos:

5% down payment, FOFF, blog sites, free lots, free interment and 5% down payment on ash crypts

 12 Performers was awarded accordingly

All attendees received sales kit  with ball pens, pricelists, leaflets and brochures.

Food was served after the program

We do not meet the expected number of attendees due to bad weather/heavy rains (typhoon Mina).

OPTIONS/ALTERNATIVE:

1. Consider the weather condition next time in conducting a meeting.

2. Invitation of agents must be done one week before the meeting.

WTDN:

1. Follow up committed no. of units (10) to be delivered by agents;

2. Recruit more agents and increase visitation.

3. Early planning.
