Problema sa Sales Closing
ReplyDeleteMga prospects po na napupuntahan ay nagkakaroon ng postponment yong mga iba Sir naghihintay ng bagong promo na ilalabas kasi hindi nila kaya ang downpayment.
Kulang sa mga Class A prospects at back up na for closing.
Mga gagawin:
1. Damihan marketing inputs:
-Leafleting sa mga barangay at lugar na pinupuntahan
-pag alok ng repeat sale sa mga client na araw araw dumadalaw sa site
-leafleting sa public cemetery for btr promo natin
- pagbibigay ng mga leaflets sa mga store sa barangay
2. Personal mastery ng mga staff natin especially sa closing/marketing/recruitment
3. Ibalik passion and motivation ng mga tao sa pagbebenta
1. Balakid sa benta - sabi nila lack of manpower, pero bakit ang HGOMP noong: April, May & June nag-iisa si April pero may benta sila, April-13, May-13, June-14. Ibig sabihin, nasa will power ng bawat isa. Maging inspirasyon sana sa bawat isa sa atin si April lalong lalo na sa mga SBU na sinasabi natin na kulang sa manpower. Sa aking part naman bilang Admin. hindi rin ako tumitigil para makumpleto at mapunan ko ang kakulangan sa tao.
ReplyDeleteMag-focus po tayo sa kung ano ang meron tayo, hindi sa kung ano ang kulang sa atin. Kulang man tayo sa tao, pero may pagmamahal tayo sa trabaho at gusto nating umunlad, makakabenta tayo.
