Pending Items:
1. Bone Vault Forms - fabrication of bone vault form will commence as soon as 2 plain GI Sheet
are delivered on August 30 - 31, 2011 by Samson Granada and Joemel Felosopo;
Every morning the GT will clean the site and maintenance,
Every afternoon they will do the fabrication.
2. Steel Gratings - Upon approval of Purchase Order which will be sent on August 30 and
Delivery of materials needed for steel gratings - Fabrication will commence right after the
fabrication of bone vault are finished;
3. Purchase of bermuda grass every interment;
PDCA for purchase of bermuda grass / blue grass; Canvass of blue grass on September 1,
2011. PDCA to be submitted on August 30, 2011
4. Preparation of PDCA for additional brush cutter to be submitted on August 30, 2011
5. Drilling - Purchase of Irrigation pump upon approval of revised PDCA. To be submitted on
August 30, 2011 to AP.
6. Drainage - 30 pieces were fabricated. Delivery of 22 pieces by August 31, 2011.
I have coordinated the abovementioned activities with April. She will give me updates from time to time.
I will give you an update regarding the above mentioned activities from time to time either thru text or via blog.

There was a delay in fabrication of bone vault form because I instructed April to canvass for the contractor for fabrication of it and it was already canvassed but April failed to send the canvass form to BPI, it was also my failure because I failed to follow up the status of it. Since, Samson and Joemel has skills in welding we will no longer look for the fabricator instead our GT will do the fabrication.
As of August 31, Samson Granada finished cutting angle bar 16 pieces for its sidings. Today they will cut Plain GI sheet for the two forms. Tomorrow they will start the welding and fabrication.
Every now and then, I do the follow up and monitoring of the activities.
Steel Gratings - PO was already sent to HGOMP for supplier's acceptance and delivery. It will be delivered today.
For Ground maintenance - April will get canvass for bermuda / blue grass. After the canvass, PDCA will be sent to AP.
PDCA for brush cutter already sent to MGB for checking. Lawn mower are now operating. The Joemel Felosopo is concentrating on finishing mowing of grass at Lawn 3 & Lawn 2 Area.
Purchase Order for Irrigation pump was already sent to HGOMP.
As of August 31, Mr. Acuerdo delivered 12 units of RCPs. He will deliver 24 units today according to him. I will check later by 5:00 if it was delivered.
