What will Happen to HGOMP

There was a delay in fabrication of bone vault form because I instructed April to canvass for the contractor for fabrication of it and it was already canvassed but April failed to send the canvass form to BPI, it was also my failure because I failed to follow up the status of it. Since, Samson and Joemel has skills in welding we will no longer look for the fabricator instead our GT will do the fabrication.
As of August 31, Samson Granada finished cutting angle bar 16 pieces for its sidings. Today they will cut Plain GI sheet for the two forms. Tomorrow they will start the welding and fabrication.
Every now and then, I do the follow up and monitoring of the activities.
Steel Gratings - PO was already sent to HGOMP for supplier's acceptance and delivery. It will be delivered today.
For Ground maintenance - April will get canvass for bermuda / blue grass. After the canvass, PDCA will be sent to AP.
PDCA for brush cutter already sent to MGB for checking. Lawn mower are now operating. The Joemel Felosopo is concentrating on finishing mowing of grass at Lawn 3 & Lawn 2 Area.
Purchase Order for Irrigation pump was already sent to HGOMP.
As of August 31, Mr. Acuerdo delivered 12 units of RCPs. He will deliver 24 units today according to him. I will check later by 5:00 if it was delivered.
