Yes, sir. Kung minsan po kailangan nating maging makulit para makapag-communicate tayo nang maayos sa ating mga kausap. Kailangan nating ulit-ulitin ang mensahe para maunawaan ng ating kausap. It is one way to improve our communication skills.

Yes sir, One thing I have learned when I entered in marketing life is that marketing staff must have a good communication skills. Hindi masama ang maging makulit basta naihatid mo lang ang gusto mong sabihin sa isang tao.Normal lang sa isang marketing staff ang attitude na makulit.

We are being told by one of our clients “makulit ang mga taga Holy Gardens”. In marketing it applies especially in following up/closing the prospect. In some case it works.
ReplyDeleteAs a leader I must be "makulit" in communicating with the staffs. I shouldn’t be tired on informing them rather being forceful on what they need to do.

Mentioned in the 5 Dysfunctions of a team, that leaders should overcommunicate. People need to be reminded more often than they need to be instructed. It is because that people need to be told 7 times before they actually believe it. With this, we should not worry about being too redundant or being makulet in a way that people understand what you want them to understand.Being makulet and paulit ulit becomes a tool towards achieving what is needed to be achieved. It helps, especially in sales and collection to come up with better results.
ReplyDeleteWe understand that we need to over communicate for us to do the right thing. Its a process of success for everyone, it relates in our work that we over communicating because we have to be reminded of the task we need to accomplish like follow up sales and the collection. I know it sounds irritating for us like staff but when we have our deepest thought of it, it help develop our communication skills , our personality and perform our job well.
