Understanding Team Building

We had requested that SBU conduct teambuilding every Saturday or whatever day so that we may improve our performance. I have not gotten any feedback on its progress, nor are there visible results.

    Team building is an open line of communication as a foundation. We discover some talents of every individual joining the team building . Through team building we test the patience and determination of every staff.

    Communication is one of our struggle and through team building we can improve our communication skills and be able to improve ones ability to act fast.

    Team building is about working as a team. We are one in this organization. We have one goal to achieve. That's winning.
    Every Saturday we are conducting a team building activity to improve our skills of whether in - communication, leadership ability and cooperation of each team members.
    We will send feedback through write ups and pictures.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
