It was an interesting idea to have a national conference at Oton, but financially wise, it may not be possible because some SBU cannot afford the cost of travel in Oton. EGV and I have discussed it with MRS and ERS and came out with other locations instead of Oton which were also a nice place and accessible for the majority of the participants. They suggested Blue Coral resort in Laiya, Batangas proposed date not later than September.
ReplyDeleteAs of now, we are on the process of evaluating the cost so as to compare it with the cost in Oton.
Yes Sir, it's a great idea to conduct a national conference at Oton. New place, new venue, new people and new experience to everyboday and I think this will be of great help to further motivate staff and officers to sell and stay in the company. Additional knowledge and learning's will surely experienced.

It is a new exciting experience for all the SBU's Sir. But when it comes to expenses it is not a good idea to spend too much. We had submitted you the quotation and evaluated it too expensive. The cost of travel will be the problem, all and some SBU's will be coming from Luzon part and the transportation expense will be high. SBU Oton and Calapan only two of us will fly to proposed national conference compare to four SBU's who will come to Oton. Airplane ticket now is expensive whereas if we have get the promo of some airlines well, it will be a great deal for us. But from now,we hadn't heard the promo from airlines. It is our pleasure to have the conference here in Oton but somehow we have to minimize our expenses and value what we spend that is worth for all of us.
