  2. Management is all about studying work, process, tasks, steps, work schedule and standard.
Management is doing things right, leadership is doing the right things.
Leadership is the art of influencing other people.

We can be a leader in a very simple way. Leader that thinks for a better future starting with the simple steps like keeping your word, achieving your commitments.

  3. Management is doing things right. Leadership is doing the right things. A manager says "I" while a leader says "we". A manager concerns on the steps on attaining goals and results. A manager concerns on influencing people, on serving as an inspiration to mold the personalities of his subordinates to be able to attain their shared vision.
We can be a leader in simple ways by setting as a good example to other people.

  5. Management is something to do with the tasks where in the manager manages an organization by managing the plans of his subordinates in order to reach their goals. A manager only gives the tasks of his subordinates with out guiding them to their works.

Leadership deals with influencing the other members of the group. A good leader leads his subordinates by guiding them whatever tasks he give to his subordinates to come up to their goals. A leader motivates his followers to do their works and a leader should be a good follower also.
