l. What is the timeline for the reconstruction of the the fallen mausoleum of the Martinez family. When are you submitting this? Where do we get the money?
2. What are the other things that we must do so that it will not repeat itself? Think that only huge amount of water from the mountains can cause this landslide?

Before we can proceed to the clearing we need to secure approval from the owner of Manukan (Ex Brgy Captain Gonzales) the letter was already done but according to the meeting conducted today (August 16,2011) we need to pay first all the damages before we can proceed. Minutes of the meeting will be email by Ms Jobyl today.
Since the approval delayed by Ex Kapitan for so many demand he is asking I am recommending to look for a possible location with same type of lot of Martinez Mausoleum and transfer their location so that we can proceed to the construction of Mausoleum. We will get the approval from the Martinez family and JV partner.
Things we can do so that it will not repeat the same.
1. Fabrication of drainage going to Lagoon
2. Lagoon going to main chapel through cistern
3. Cistern going to main road
1. The time line for the reconstruction of the fallen mausoleum of Martinez family is 1 1/2 months I already submitted a recommendation to transfer the structure to other location for us to reconstruct it in an earlier time & finished it before November 1.
ReplyDelete2. If there is a rain, i will observe if the rainwater from the mountain still came in to our memorial park, then i will trace the location where they pass & i will close it through concreting or plastering.
3. Since we have no outfall for our drainage, we need to construct the lagoon and through the use of pump motor, we will transport rainwater//sewage into cistern that will serve as a reservoir and we can use it in watering plants during summer season, and we can also transport it to main drainage of national road through pump motor.
Engr. Gilbert Haylo
RESULT OF THE MEETING:
ReplyDeleteAs per conversation with Mr. Glorioso Gonzalez the following are the conditions before we can proceed on clearing and construction at the collapsed area near th Gonzales farm:
1. Decline to received the letter. He wants us to Settle and pay first the damages which includes the following:
a. 10 fighting cocks (3 inahin, 7 tandang)
b.carabao grass
c. fishnet, polynet, round plastic chicken feeder and other materials for the cocks.
d. 3 1/2 cubic sand, tambak, rivermix owned by Lorna Aguda
e. 2 batya, palanggana stainless, 3 balde, tambak and 3 cubic buhangin owned by a certain Luz Delos Reyes.
f. 3 cubic buhangin and river mix owned by Lynn Porteria
2. He also stops the ongoing roadworks at GE and FE area because according to him the said work has no permit from the barangay.
If we have already settled the said conditions ,only then the clearing and construction shall proceed.
As of now i am working with the permit of roadworks at GE and JE area. Amd we are having meeting with Engr. Haylo on how we can solve the problem of Martinez mausoleum because we are now running of time. November 1 is fast approaching and the Martinez family is expecting that their mausoleum will be done before the said date.
As per result of eeting with Ma'am Lanie and Engr. Haylo we have come up with the following recommendation:
1. To settle the problem with Martinez family we recommend that the location will be transferred to other location. We will get approval from the family. Also the approval of our joint venture.
And these are the possible solutions that we could do in order to prevent this kind of situation again.
1. Fabrication of drainage going to La Union
2. Lagoon going to main chapel
3. Cistern going to main road
