November l Preparation Follow up Thread c/o EV

Constant & close communication. 5 discplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning. Are we close? Strictly acknowledge reading and understanding by promptly making a comment..comply.

We do not want people to work on Nov l by October.  We want them to work now.  We do not have fireworks on Nov. l.  We sell.

    All SBU were instructed to prepare PDCA, Calendar of activities, checklist and budget for November 1 event. This is due on August 29, 2011.
