    Leadership training help me not only identifying my leadership capabilities but also my weaknesses as leader.

    It also point the aspect of selling that if our product has no value, you will be selling in price alone.

    We should be compete not on price but on value.

    As a leader I should communicate more, FASTER and clearer.

    As a leader I must be implementor/innovator and not the cause of any delay.

    Every one is a leader by itself....the better company or fast growing company is only depend in the people working in the organization.

    As an employee and a leader, we represent the company also, the product that we sell and the service that give to our customers become valuable if the the leader also have good core values. Leader is a person who brings a change.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
