WHAT: GADGET INCENTIVE

WHO: ALL EMPLOYEE

TS/GT Entry Level
(SFC/AP/AR/CSS/Loan Asst.) TECHNICAL/MANAGERIAL
(ACMO/CMO/CH/CFC)
Six (6) months to 1 year and Above) Passed the Performance Evaluation for the Semester with a grade of 85% and above

Cellphone worth P3,000.00 – P3,500.00

Sharing: 50% Employee – 50% Company
Salary Deduction 1 year and Above) Passed the Performance Evaluation for the Semester with a grade of 85% and above

Notebook / Laptop worth P11,000.00

Sharing: 50% Employee – 50% Company
Salary Deduction
*In excess of P11,000.00 is allowed provided the difference will be shouldered by the Employee

Provision:

If an employee resigns or terminated within one year, the Employer’s 50% share will be charged to the employee and will be deducted to his/her last salary.

Locked-In: If within two years and the employee resigns or terminated for a cause, the employee will pay for the total cost of the gadget or will pay Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) whichever is higher.

  1. Performance evaluation must be submitted in order to identify who is qualified for the first sem of 2011. I will demand CMO/ACMO for the submission until Thursday Aug. 25,2011

  2. Good morning sir, Incentive is one of the factor that can give back to what the employee done to the company, and it motivate us to work hard,set a clear goal everyday and finish the work schedule.

    Co - Employee lets set our goal and aim for the incentive, that our company give to us.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
