l. First on this blog: Oton, Calapan have not been making regular posts on this blog. Why kaya?
2. As per my discussion with GB and Lotlot yesterday, they do not know the important stuff here especially in sales and marketing like "Guerilla Marketing" They need this knowledge in order to sell more. How can we/they sell more if they do not know the skills to sell?
3. The failure of the SBU to fetch me with their vehicle indicate the lack of TPM at the sbu/s.
4. My text blast review: "/What is the ultimate goal in life" (By default is to be great person so that I will be remembered when I die" "To be with God when I die" revealed that 95% do not read this web site, or they visit but they do not understand what they read, even the ACMO.

1. I will push calapan to make a regular post.
ReplyDelete2. Daily intensive training to GB and Lotlot especially about marketing.
3. We will make sure that proper TPM must be done in every equipment especially company car because it is being use in daily transaction especially in selling and collection.
4. SBU read it but they do lack of understanding.We cannot translate the learning if we dont understand it. Diinin sa bawat sbu pagiintindi at pagbabasa.

ReplyDeleteNareview na rin po ang TPM. Para po maiwasan ang pagkasira ng mga gamit at mapa baba ang cost ng repairs and maintenance.

1. We are making it sure that everyday we will read and make comments on this blog.
ReplyDelete2. I started discussing the 25 types of blogs and Blog Basics to emphasize to them the importance of blog in our business and how can it help increase our sales performance.
3. Now that we have our vehicle, I issued a TPM card for daily checking before it can be used. Cleaning before and after using will be properly observed.
4. I emphasized to my my colleagues our intimate goal in life: To be always a blessing to others, do good so that we will be remembered when we die and we can live in God's loving presence.
