F A R in Communications
TO : All Concerned
SUBJECT : COMMUNICATIONS
l. All communications involve Focus, Attention, and Reverence. Therefore, all the interoffice memo on this blog must be read, understood and answered promptly. The memo last Sat remained unanswere up to now.
2. Today, we discussed pit stop strategy (from jorgeusbiker blog) where everything is won or lost at the pit stop. The timeline is measured in terms of less than l0 seconds. (Races in formula cars are lost in l/l00th of a second)
MGB, EV, Ar, what must we do so that SBUs will comment fast and promptly?
Are we leaders? Do we make a dent in the universe, ie personal mastery of our people>

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.
3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way

Communication is the roof that covers an organization. In every stimuli, there should be a response or feedback. Everyone must be responsible and obedient to answer all memos promptly for us to have understanding and shared knowledge.
ReplyDeleteBeing prompt / speed is the key to be number 1 in the market place and to win the position in customer's mind. One of the signs of being prompt is to communicate and to answer memos on time. By doing this practice, we can do all things on time and complete.
