Follow up on Posting, Reading on Marketing and Selling

l.   Comments:    Is everybody promptly visiting this site, reading and responding by making a comment promptly?

2. Reading materials:   Have all the CMO, including EV and MGB studied the materials on Marketing.  Please make  a comment underneath the material if you did.

3.  Posting.  Everybody was given a posting privilege.

        l.  Does everybody know how to make the post, including picture upload?

        2. Does everybody know how to:  make the proper title (to be searchable at the archive):   Name of the sbu (what:  weekly report on site, cr, ofc), nth number of the week, week period.


 4  CHECKING AND MONITORING.  Does ev and mgb monitor and check?

Having been given the posting privilege means that we can edit the design.  Please dont.  CMO dont delegate this task of touching the blog to anyone.

  1. 1. Yes sir, we are visiting this site everyday and make comments promptly.
    2. Marketing materials will be scheduled every am talk for discussion and all staff should make comments after studying and reading it.
    3. Now that I am given the posting privilege I can make direct post to this blog with regards to sending of weekly reports and pictures.
    And this is exclusively under the knowledge of CMO and should not be delegated to other staff.

  2. 1. Not everybody responded to all the articles and post.Strictly impose to them every hour follow up.
    2. Still other articles/materials posted here not yet read/studied. I will push them "titiyaniin" bawat isa.
    3.Since every SBU was given the posting privilege. They should make sure that proper title and posting must be done. Iisahin silang tuturuan kung paano magpost ng tama.

    These are all simple steps na dapat masunod. It will show our obedience and leadership. Doing the right thing.

  4. I expect that we dedicate more of ourselves in communication. What is the use of Cellphone, computers, dsl (we spend a huge amount on this) hr research, powerpoints, books, if we can not understand one another?

    MGB, EV, please make annotation on the comments as we explain these things to everyone.

    Let us make these structures/resources work not because we have to but because we want to.
