13 Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! Let it be done just as you believed it would.” And his servant was healed at that moment.

The Faith of the Centurion

From the passage, I learned about FAITH and OBEDIENCE. The soldiers obey the centurion they have faith on their leader. Like in our organization, we must obey our leader and have faith on their words because it is for our own good. FAITH is one of the powerful tool to achieve our targets. WE must believe in everything we do, we must believe that we can do it, we must believe that we can achieve targets. But always remember, Faith without action is dead. So we must ACT. Act now!

We must be like the Roman centurion who has a great faith in Christ healing. In this organization, we are called servants that what is being told by our officers we must believed in them and always be willing to obey.

From the story, it tells that we must like a Roman Centurion, having strong faith that the Lord can heal his servant even he is not around, we are here in SBU to do the right things, to do the command that you have delivered for the good of all. We are all servants for all, so we must aware that we must obey and have faith with our superiors, every one of us have objectives why we in here in our Company.Obedience is is not only following the superiors but for the protection of all. We are one of the group that needs to meet our targets that can heal our struggles.

ReplyDeleteIn our case we must be like the Roman Centurion with amazing faith that in just one word everything will fall into place. If your staff commit to close 2 lots for the day our faith must be there na ito ay magaganap.
As cluster Head pag sinabing 10 lots for the day ako ay maniniwala na ito ay magaganap because I have my faith to them kahit wala ang physcal presence ko sa kanila.
Pati sa pagsunod dapat isang salita lang natin sa ating mga staff agad susunod. Dahil alam ng bawat isa magiging resulta pag hindi nakasunod.
In the passage, this is a great set of example that we have to possess the same faith with the Roman centurion.
ReplyDeleteIn our daily basis work, this applies in our daily routine like the sales target what we begin in our mind must be done and put into action. In collection, we put faith in our heart and mind we can hit the target. We obey not because we have to but we obey because is for our own good not for ourselves but in all of us. We can do better.
