New Assignments for AR, EV

SUBJECT; NEW AND ADDITONAL ASSIGNMENTS

Effective August l6, 20ll, the following shall be your new assignments.

l. Aireen Ricamara - Acting CMO Calapan and Oton, base of operations Calapan

Objectives: l. Increase sales NI, Cash Flow of both SBU
2. Improve efficiency: compliance with the processes, prompt action on
pending and slow moving matters

Tasks: hiring, sales management, landscaping, construction, training of sales agents, DAR conversion completion.

Compensation: same unless sales improve dramatically and or reach targets. Travel to Oton shall be compensated accordingly.

Base shall be Calapan. Visit to Oton shall be at least once a month, 2 days minimum.

Further training in: planning, speedy execution, forceful communication and execution.

2. Editha Vital - Acting Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, Acting CMO Hggmp

Objectives: l. Together with MGB, increase sales of all sbu; for calamba, achieve sales and net income targets
2. Bring back and retain lost customers
3. Better interment service

Tasks: administrative: complete the hiring of all vacant positions by Novemeber 20ll. Have updated FS by Nov 20ll, PE up to June 20ll due by Sept 30, 20ll.

Calamba: launch bulk sales program.

Marketing: complete marketing collaterals (tarpaulin, stand out signs flaglets by Aug 30, 20ll; lcd led by Sept 30, 20ll. Ready for NOv l, by Oct 25, 20ll. (Do all the necessary planning.

Base of operations is 3ffb. Visit to Calamba shall be at least once a month

Compensation: Additional amount of P_____, monthly.

This assignment is good for 90 days. We continue to hire people to man the important position.

EV is my direct report. AR is direct report of MGB.

Proper turn over shall be completed as soon as possible.

  2. This new assignment is a new challenge for me. I viewed it as my mission as a soldier assigned in battle field. I must be able to conquer the enemies (low sales, low performance collection communication failure, non-compliance by staff). Bilang isinugo, kailangang gawin at ipakita ko na ako ay karapat-dapat na pumunta sa Calapan at Oton at humawak ng panibagong responsibilidad. Nasa aking kamay at pagsusumikap ang ikapag-tatagumpay ng aking panibagong responsibilidad.
