INCENTIVES FOR CSS FOR SLIDE SHARE & VIDEO PRESENTATION

SUBJECT : INCENTIVES FOR CSS FOR SLIDE SHARE & VIDEO PRESENTATION

Effective September 7, 2011, all CSS shall be entitled to the following incentives:

1. Amount of Incentives

a. Preparation of slide share presentation P 100.00
(Minimum of 15 slides)

b. Preparation of video (daily motion/youtube) presentation P 150.00
(Minimum of 3 minutes presentation)

2. When to be paid

Payable upon IF replenishment.

3. QUALIFIERS:

1. At least 3 months in the company with Certificate of Orientation for newly hired.
2. Complete CSS (CSS1 and CSS2)
3. Every mistake less P 20.00.
4. Posted at least 5 FOFF per month.
5. Posted pre interment in Holy Gardens Notices and obituary in Grief Sharing maximum of 24 hours upon receipt of Interment Fee.
6. Posted post interment in Holy Gardens Notices maximum of 24 hours after the interment .
7. Uploaded slide share and video presentation at you tube and daily motion maximum of two days after the interment.
8. Excellent interment rating.
9. Updated interment replenishment.
10. Not applicable to OSCA discount and PIS.
11. Subject to audit.

  2. That's a great news for all the CSS.
    It will motivate them to work hard more and make sure that all the interment are excellent.By just preparing slide share presentation & video presentation they will received 250.00 pesos as their extra income.

    But to all the CSS make sure that you will accomplish all the requirements needed in order to qualify for the incentives.

    the incentives for css' for slideshare & video presentation is indeed a great news for us css'.
    our efforts and hard works are again being recognized aside from it is being our responsibility at the same time we can get extra earning out of it. We are very glad about this opportunity.

  4. Goal- motivate CSS to complete the package of interment.
    Complete the staff of all SBU
    Zero employee turnover

    Reality- incomplete staff
    - struggle in hiring and recruitment
    - late uploading or no uploading of slideshare/daily motion/youtube presentation

    Option- motivate and encourage CSS to grab the opportunity of getting incentives.
    Dont offer the discount to qualify for the incentives

    WTDN:
    1. Monitor the interment of all SBU with regards to its completeness.
    2. Check and monitor the replinishment of all SBU
    3. Completion of CSS in all SBU

  5. This is inline with our topic in execution the acronym K I S F R E K- R which stands for "Reward the doers via incentives."
    This will definitely motivate CSS to follow every standards in interment. Pictures and videos online will be more presentable and appealing to our customers and their relatives. After all, we will be able to achieve excellent service in all our interments and will definitely increase our sales.

  7. Good day sir! The newly implemented incentives for CSS was a good news for us. This will motivate us to post our interment reports on time and deliver complete interment packages to the customers. We will exert effort to improve our interment packages.
