We informed our class A prospects with valentine’s promo period. We have closed 7 lots spot cash buyer, 5 lots of it is result of  the V. promo, 2 lots full d/p and 1 lot At need buyer. Sales appear that we are better than last week.

        We clean the office daily and we make sure that tables and receiving areas are clear and clean. Warm greetings by HGMP staff towards customer and prompt assistance; Offering of cookies and serves cold bottled soda, hot coffee to customers and agents, and offering of cold water to inquiries, buyers and paying clients.

Office decor
Cleaning of office every morning, done 5S in the office and bodega. Cleaning of glass doors and windows, cleaning of bamboo fountain.

Daily watering of plants and grasses; trimming of shrubs, brush cutting in lawn areas and parking

Checking of parts every morning, cleaning inside and out both Crosswind, Patrol & TLC and make use of the TPM card

General cleaning every morning and check-up of cleanliness every afternoon


  1. Interment equipment – Applying S40 to 2 sets of lowering device and greasing of moving parts, wiping of Konzert SS with “ArmorAll”.

  1. Interment procedures – New bible verses was being read during interment, relatives and friends fall in line during final glance, family members are the last one to do the final glance.  <there are new bible verses on death>

  1. Landscaping – GT’s is more of focusing in watering the plants due to the extreme heat of the sun.  <di ba gumagana water system na hinuhulugan natin?>
