1. How do we Manage Majorem - We can improve in managing Majorem by learning more from the best people and in modern world. Proper record keeping is one of the keys in managing Majorem for us to have a clear picture of operation.< More, not enough.>
2. What did you Learn on selling/Management/Leadership
Selling- Beauty and quality of the product is important factor in selling and the most important factor why we will be successful in selling our own beliefs that it is indeed the most important product in the whole world and the people needs it, <What did you read today?>
Management- Identifying works that can be done by others or subordinates or in other words delegating woks but before you do make sure that it is properly explained. Spending time in training is an investment only by supplying correct knowledge or understanding can get better result.
Leadership - Teach a man correct principles and let them govern themselves.As man learn the principle and we are able to motivate them to apply those learning as leaders our burden will be easier. I learn also that there 3 style in Leadership one is you need to be autocratic in making decision if there is time constrain, Democratic if there is enough time if the the people under us is already knowledgeable especially if you have enough time and the other one is you let your people go unsupervised if they are fully mature and have the sense of ownership. <OK, but more>
3. How much did you Sell.
Loan Release - 25, 000 Ducusin Sherwin
Laon Collection - 18,954.78 coming from HGPMP & HGCMP
SOA 20 Sent to HGGMP <we need to be output/outcome oriented>
All Tarpaulin flyers, Loan Application, in 5 SBU's were sent already
There are also inquiries to SBU about the Promo
4. What was done to beautify the Office - we simply maintain cleanliness, we made some changes of position of filing cabinet.
Arrangement of files and supplies took place last Saturday.
