    This links can help me to develop my leadership that I can apply to my staff here in HGGMP.

    I will read this everyday and will understand whats inside. I will include what I've read to my daily report and apply it to handle the branch well.

    In my leadership experience if we leaders carefully take time to Listen,observe, Value,and show empathy to our workers- there is magic not all the time but most of the time transform an ordinary worker into as co-owner of your business. Which means we been successful in aligning their motivation to our goal.

    It corroborate Kevin Elkenberry meaning of love applied to leadership. Trust our employee that they can do the work review them,show empathy as mistake committed and it become now an opportunity for us to mentor them.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
