FOFF VISITING DECEASED IN THE SERVICE AREA IS PART OF MISSION

Constant & close communication. 5 disciplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning. Are we close?

There are no clear reports of visits to non customers;  the wake of deceased in the service area.  Read your mission statement.  Are you complying????

    Punta po kami sa Civil Registry para kumuha ulit ng List of Deceased at Bibisitahin namin ang mga ito.

  2. Giving best tributes and loving memories to customer and non-customer alike is our mission. In our marketing inputs report daily, our marketing do not regularly visit non-customer wake/deceased. We should improve in this area.
