The Cheerful giver / Generosity Encouraged - 2 Corinthians 9:6 - 8

2 Corinthians 9: 6 - 8

6 Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. 7 Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

  1. In relation to our work:
It's more of loving what we are doing. If we love what we do then we are able to reach our targets in sales and collection and we can easily tackle such difficulties and problems.

If we love what we are doing then we will work according to what has planned, policies and standards, we will be able to work beyond expectations, doing things completely and wholeheartedly, avoiding complains and alibis.
Adding passion and love towards our work will definitely improve ourselves better and the business. Not because we are being forced to do things kumbaga parang "napipilitan lang" but because we are happy doing things according in God's ways. For our work belongs to Him. And He will grant us our needs and many blessings if we are a cheerful giver/happy worker in this organization.

  2. In relation to our work:
Sa pagbebenta dapat maraming prosgen/back up para marami din for closing. Numbers game.
Channel of blessing.

  5. The word of God.

    In relation to our work:

    1. Law of numbers - the input we have, the more output and outcome we will reap. The more prospect we have, the more we can close sales. As well as planting of trees and shrub. The more we plant, we can use it for the beautification of our memorial park.

    2. God will bless us abundantly for every hard work and good cause.

  6. Do what your heart tells you to do. Do what you love and love what you do. If we love our work, we will also be loved. Do it with enthusiasm and cheerfulness, not out of compliance but out of our willingness to help and achieve our goals and objectives.

  7. what our hearts felt really matters. it does not matter how little or big, how often we give..its how you really feel. walang kabuluhang magbigay kung labag sa kalooban natin.
especially in our work, we should be more willing to serve and do our responsibilities. mas magaan ang trabaho kung gusto at mahal natin ang ginagawa natin. may mga kaakibat na responsibididad ang anumang klase ng trabaho nasa gumagawa na lang kung paano ito mapagtatagumpayan na magagampanan ng tama.
Mas masayang gampanan ang anumang responsibilidad ng masaya at buong pusong isinasaisip at isinasagawa.
