Reminders and Follow ups

SUBJECT:   FOLLOW UP


1.  LUMP AND HGPMP -  tools of garden technician.  Execute the PO asap

 2.  LUMP  -  replacement of the destroyed tent.  LUMP promised that tent destruction shall not happen again. Have contract PDCA done ASAP.  Send pictures of the tent now.

3.  LUMP  - ws and work accomplishment of GT daily.   Send daily copies and picture reports daily.

4.  OTHER SBU WITH SALEABLE AREAS:    CALAPAN, OTON CALAMBA.  Send pictures daily.

We want unity.  You and your GT are not our adversaries.  However, those who cant follow must find jobs elsewhere.  Let us implement CCD strictly

    I already talked to Jobyl regarding the replacement of the damaged lona. Since, lona is cheaper in Pangasinan compared in La Union, supplier will be in Pangasinan.

    I also discuss and explain to them regarding the big size of tent. I advise them to consult contractor/welder and Engr. Gilbert regarding the repair. If that is not possible, they will propose fabrication of new tent with smaller size for convenience and easy maintenance.

    Check for the tools of GT in HGGMP is ready but purchasing will be delayed because of insufficient budget.

    We will post pictures for daily site accomplishment.

  2. Acknowledge sir. I have prepared PO of tools for Garden technicians pala at karitilya po ang wala sa kanila at naghahanap pa din po kami ng pruning shear kasi wala din po kami nun.

    Inventory po ng tools nila:
    tribike - 1
    trowel - 1
    asarol - 3
    gunting - 2
    piko - 2
    Kalaykay - 3
    Karet - 2

    I will post daily accomplishment pictures of GT.
